- Your name and organization, and what you do
- Which reserve or part of the corridor interests you — north, middle, south, or the whole trail
- Whether you are interested in the Anchor, Reserve, or Waypoint Supporter tier — or in fully sponsoring the corridor
- Whether you would like to help fund the 90-day feasibility study
- Anything else we should know — land, outfitting, community ties, or questions about the proposal
